Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

After placing my order, I did not receive a confirmation, how is that possible?
The order confirmation will be emailed to you automatically when placing an order. If there is an error in your e-mail address, you will not receive any e-mails from Some email services might consider these automated emails as spam. Plese check the spam folder in case the message has ended up there.

Can I still cancel my order?.
If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to cancel your order. In such situations please contact our customer service.

I have ordered the wrong products, what should I do now?
If you have not yet completed your payment, please contact our customer service (via email or telephone), so that we can adjust your order. If you have made your payment, then it won’t be possible to adjust your order. In case your order has not been dispatched, you can contact our customer service to cancel the current order and place a new order for you. Due to it being an automatic system, you will then be requested to make a new payment to your new order and the payment from the previous cancellation will be refunded to your account.

I have made a mistake in my address details. What should I do?
You can give your correct address details to our Customer Service via email or telephone.

I have not yet received my order, where is it?
The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen shipping method. The Economy shipping usually takes 2 - 4 weeks. Please see the Shipping page for more information.
Holidays in China, HongKong or in your locality can affect delivery times. No need to worry! Your order is on it's way but may take a little bit longer than usual. Please see the Shipping page for more information.

I did not receive a tracking code for my order.
If you have chosen a shipping method that includes registration and tracking, the tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped. Please see the Order tracking page for more information.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your package at or on the website of your local postal service.

What is an RMA?
RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. An RMA allows you to return a potentially faulty product to Naditek for testing and/or replacement.
