1. Registering

1.1. Registering to the website is not compulsary but you would receive tracking information and our weekly offers once you are a registered member.

We regard higly customers privacy and we do not transfer customer informations to any third party. Your details shall be only used for Naditek and its sister company's marketing and customer care purposes. 

2. Ordering

2.1. Customers can submit their order via webshop: www.naditek.eu, by email(info@naditek.eu) or telephone(+352-264-32740, +1-786-4313165from 10.00-18.00 CET.

2.2. Customer can contact us via phone or email to cancel the order or make changes before the order has been shipped. If the shipment is already sent customer needs to return the product to us in order to changing the product or canceling order.

3. Prices

3.1. Prices are displayed on product page at  http://www.naditek.eu. Webshop's currency is euro (EUR). Naditek reserves the right to change the prices at any time.

4. Shipping

4.1. Customers can check the product availibility in our warehouse from product page. If the product is in stock it is usually shipped within 24 hours and arrives in about a week in most cases. Please note that during the high season i.e christmass and national holidays this period could be slightly longer.



Shipping costs

We offer a fixed shipping cost regardless of the weight and value of the order.
Our fixed shipping costs is 5,90€




5. Maksuehdot

5.1. The following payment methods are acceptable:

a) Prepayment. T/T transfer to our bank account in Finland prior to shipment.

b) Payment using checkout.fi payment gateway.

c) Invoice for both private and business customers in nordic countries and germany. 14 days of payment time with no intrest. 5 euros invoice fee will be added to the total order value if you use this payment method.

d) Paypal for international payments.

6. Refunds / Exchanges

6.1. Customer has right to return the purchased product(s) with in forteen (14) days from receiving the product(s). Full price of the item(s) returned is refunded or customer can select a same value product for exchange. The product returned should be in the original conditions, we do not accept any used product or it is missing packing or accessories. Customer is required to fill a Return of Merchendise Request(RMA) from here prior to sending the packge. Please describe in details the reason for return as well as its conditons and your request(exchange or refund). 

6.2  The RMA number should be clearly visible on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order number should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. Return address is as following:

6.3. Return fees are paid by the customer. Customer would be provided with details on how to return the product as soon as the RMA request is accepted. The process usually take 24-72 hours. 


7. Insurance

7.1. Unfortunately regardless of how much effort we put packing products well it might break while in transport. For your protection we have insured all the registered shipments. If you receive a broken device or your shipment has not arrived in 2 weeks time please contact our customer care service.

8. Reclaim

8.1. If the product you recieve is not what you expected or you are not happy with is for whatever reason please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.


9. Ylivoimainen este (Force majeure)

9.1. Naditek is not liable for failure to perform the its's obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. Naditek is entitled to terminate this Agreement under Clause 17 (Termination) in such circumstances.If a party asserts Force Majeure as an excuse for failure to perform the party's obligation, then the nonperforming party must prove that the party took reasonable steps to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that Naditek substantially fulfilled all non-excused obligations, and that the other party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence of an event described in Clause 19 (Force Majeure).
